If so\, join us on the first Saturday of each month from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM for a time of community\, stories\, and play\, as we look at Bible stories\, the teachings of Jesus\, and our church traditions and see how they affect our lives today. \nMessy Play is a union of Messy Church and Godly Play. Messy Church is a Fresh Expression of what church can be\, and is for you if you want something a little less structured than a regular Sunday morning church. Godly Play is a method of hearing and integrating Scripture and church traditions into our lives\, and is great for you if you’re interested in that\, but don’t want to be told what to think about it. \nThe best part about Messy Play? How was it similar to the disciples’ methods? There would have been many things that a young lad like Samuel could have done in his day\, but God had a particular mission for him\, just like there is a particular mission for each of us today. Join us as we look int how Samuel discerned his call\, and how we can discern ours today. \nPoints To Ponder: \n\nWhat is something that you used to love to do or be a part of that has grown rarer in your life?\nLooking back\, have you misheard God before? If so\, join us on the first Saturday of each month from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM for a time of community\, stories\, and play\, as we look at Bible stories\, the teachings of Jesus\, and our church traditions and see how they affect our lives today. \nMessy Play is a union of Messy Church and Godly Play. Messy Church is a Fresh Expression of what church can be\, and is for you if you want something a little less structured than a regular Sunday morning church. Godly Play is a method of hearing and integrating Scripture and church traditions into our lives\, and is great for you if you’re interested in that\, but don’t want to be told what to think about it. \nThe best part about Messy Play? Your child can get into the holiday spirit with Christmas crafts\, treats\, and games while the parents can enjoy a friendly social setting\, over refreshments. \nThere is absolutely no cost to attend this event\, we only ask that parents do stay at the party to lend your child assistance with the Cookie-Contest\, and hopefully join in the festivities themselves. This event will run from 10:00am until 12:00pm with the winners being announced at 11:45am \nPlease feel free to invite lots of guests! \n
